This is Zac, a commission piece I did awhile back. This is one of his favorite spots to hang out and watch the day go by. Zac was a bit challenging because of his white fur. It’s tough trying to get white things to look like they have dimension. Not enough detail and the drawing looks flat. Too much detail and it no longer appears to be white. Overall, I was pretty happy with the final piece and so was Melanie Brown, the woman who commissioned it.
