Sunda Colugo

The sunda colugo is an arboreal gliding mammal found in Southeast Asia. They are also known as flying lemurs though they are not technically lemurs. They are between 14-16″ in length and weigh up to almost 4.5 lbs. they are surprisingly clumsy climbers but one of the most adept gliders. The sunda colugo is marsupial-like in that they give birth to underdeveloped young which they carry in a secure quasi-pouch.
