Cheetah

I’m pretty sure everyone knows the cheetah isthe fastest land animal, clocking in at speeds of 75mph for short distances (about 1/4 mile). It also has the ability to accelerate from 0-62mph in three seconds. It’s black facial markings are designed to keep sunlight from reflecting in their eyes. The cheetah’s body is designed for speed and agility. It has semi-retractable claws which offer extra grip in high-speed pursuits. It has larger nostrils for extra oxygen intake and an enlarged heart and lungs for more efficient circulation of oxygen. It’s longer tail is for counterbalance and for aiding in changing directions…it acts as a rudder, allowing it to change directions quickly. It’s small head and ears make it more aerodynamic. The cheetah can purr but cannot roar. On the flip side, cheetahs can decelerate by just about 8.7 mph in one stride. Can your car do that?
