Lately, I’ve heard several people mention how little they like the projects they’re working on. Motivation just eludes them. Or maybe they were fully on board and had a ton of motivation for the job they accepted it, but then somewhere along the line it vanished. So, I thought it worth re-posting this article from last year on the very subject of motivation…or lack thereof! It’s important. After all, didn’t we become artists so that we could make a living doing what we love? If we don’t love it, if we aren’t passionate about it…why bother? There are several things to consider if you find yourself in this predicament.
